Why Emica?
Emica Consulting was founded by senior executives who have experience across a variety of industries, have lived in Europe, Americas & Asia and worked in roles with a global mandate and/or undertaken market projects across the globe.
We believe in the unlimited potential of diverse teams and borderless initiatives, and we have seen first-hand how lack of experience or a closed-minded approach can get in the way of great achievement.
We draw on the lessons we have learned through our personal experience and those of our international associates and combine this with evidence-based approaches to help leaders and teams to unlock new possibilities in personal and business growth.

An emic approach is based on taking the perspective of the insider culture. In contrast, an etic approach tends to apply universal solutions. Having worked across geographies and within different cultures we understand that a one-size fits all approach does not necessarily work. Teams and organizations all have their own individual cultures which are influenced and shaped by the people within them, the goals they are pursuing and their unique collective history. We believe that we need to understand these different perspectives to be able to provide the best, tailored services for our partners. Hence the name “Emica” ….. starting with an inside perspective, taking time to understand the issues and opportunities, and working in partnership with you to deliver custom solutions that bring tangible results.
