Our Approach

We approach mentoring as a distinct, but complementary, solution to executive coaching for our clients.

Mentors draw upon their extensive experience in partnership with their mentee for the mentee’s growth, learning, and career development.

Our mentors act as role models and sounding boards for the mentees in a collaborative and confidential partnersip. Unlike a coach, they may also provide guidance and advice.

We match mentor and mentee and establish a formal long-term, mentoring relationship with actionable and measurable goals defined and set by the client.

Our mentors can help the mentee become more effective at work, learn new skills, develop greater confidence, and make better decisions for their overall career growth.

We specifically help mentees who are operating across cultures. We have found that this is a critical, but often overlooked, area of development where the transfer of experiential knowledge through mentoring can be highly effective. Our mentors don’t just import global ideas and practices into our clients’ environments, we help mentees understand the cultural and business peculiarities, which shape the way business is transacted. In particular, we like to focus on how mentees operate in or lead multi-cultural teams.

Our Programmes

We can provide an individual mentor suited the specific executives needs through to designing, planning and running corporate mentoring programs for clients.  We handle mentor sourcing, mentor and mentee matching, ongoing program management, and evaluation of mentoring programs.

For C-suite members, mentoring is provided through Merryck.
