Our Story

Founded in 2016 by Suzanne Gough, an executive coach and organisational psychologist, Emica was created to support senior leaders navigating change in complex, multicultural environments. In 2020, Suzanne was joined by Howard Gough, former CEO of Cigna Health Insurance MEA, adding deep senior executive and healthcare leadership expertise.
With established offices in Dubai and Saudi Arabia (KSA), Emica combines global experience with deep, lived understanding of the UAE and Saudi markets, enabling leaders to act with confidence in highly complex contexts.
Emica works across Consulting, Advisory, and Coaching, united by the Emica approach — a partnership-led way of working built on human connection, co-creation, and leaving clients more capable.
This is supported by a network of 70+ senior operators across 17 countries, bringing global experience to upskilling, knowledge transfer, and sustainable change.
