Bill has strong experience in developing and executing, with P&L success, customer centric product solutions (life, health, investment, composite) and distribution channels (individual, group, agency, bancassurance, online). All supported with technology-based point of sale, business processes and customer focused applications. He has worked in Muslim based markets and has developed high performing sales models that have been used globally by the companies he was working for. E.g., HSBC Mass Market and HNW life and health bancassurance business models developed in Singapore and roll-out to UAE, Brazil, France, Turkey, Hong Kong, etc. Bill has a strong track record of promoting philanthropic and charity-based activities, with a focus on reducing poverty and hunger, improving education, and enhancing industry and innovation. He has held senior leadership roles with multinational corporations in Asia, developing his skills in governance, risk management, business transformation, stakeholder management, culture, collaboration, and ESG/Sustainability.
