Paul Beliss

MBA qualified and experienced operations professional and leader with extensive health insurance experience across both corporate and individual segments. Paul has an extensive career history in GCC, the Levant and other international markets with BUPA, Allianz, Aetna, and Cigna. This includes broad operational experience across all disciplines including leveraging BPO / TPA operating models. Paul is skilled in identifying and implementing targeted change to secure commercial advantage. He has experience of start-ups, performance improvement, turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, and outsourcing as well as board-level experience with strong leadership skills and particularly effective building internal operational capabilities. Most recently responsible for selecting, contracting, and standing up TPA operations in UAE, Lebanon, and Oman which have enabled high impact growth strategies for Cigna Insurance Middle East. Paul collaborated with colleagues from Accenture to turnaround the operational performance of SEHA TPA in Qatar. Paul was founding director of Bupa Middle East in KSA. Our Team
