Marijke Richards has a passion for helping organizations create change, build positive cultures, and connect with internal and external stakeholders through the art of communication. Marijke has 25 years of in house and agency experience.
After building her healthcare experience in the UK on major healthcare consultations (one being the largest in UK history), she was headhunted to join the healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia, where she has continued to create an impact with strategic communications, change management, and stakeholder
engagement.
She has a unique ability to both deliver practical plans alongside integrated strategies underpinned by qualified data and metrics. Skills cover digital content marketing and creation, strategic messaging and narrative, integrated internal communications and change plans, branding and positioning and stakeholder
engagement and management.
Key projects she has lead on include delivering communications toolkits for the introduction of Mandatory Health Insurance in Qatar, advising on change management and communications to Council of Health Insurance, acting as interim marketing and communications director for JHAH, delivering communications for the CarePlus project at JHAH and significantly, developing the communications framework for Health Holding Company & the being co-author of the ACO Manual for Saudi Arabia.
