Ghulam Mohammed Teli is a senior insurance executive with over 35 years of experience across the health insurance ecosystem in the Middle East. He has held leadership roles at major organizations including NAS Neuron Health Services, NGI, and AXA, where he led regional growth strategies and managed extensive healthcare provider networks. Ghulam played a pivotal role in developing Kuwait’s Afiya insurance scheme for retirees and revitalizing WAPMED TPA, now the second-largest TPA in Kuwait. As a founding team member at National Health Insurance Daman, he built a comprehensive product portfolio including government programs like Thiqa, Aunak, and Thiqa Plus, while managing strategic government accounts. He also brings over a decade of experience in the Saudi Arabian health insurance market. Ghulam is a CII-qualified insurer and holds an MBA in Financial Services & Insurance (FSI), combining deep industry knowledge with strategic and operational leadership. Our Team
