Elie Tohme

Elie is a healthcare specialist with over 22 years of experience in various healthcare and insurance roles within the Middle East. Elie has led insurer-administrator integrations, the development of both PMI and IPMI products, actuarial pricing analysis, and also has experience in IT solutions oversight. He has worked as a consultant for the DHA focused on enhancing Revenue Cycle Management processes, as well as upgrading of reporting and analytical capabilities at DHA facilities. He has most recently led Noor Takaful Family’s health takaful division, managing the integration of the Noor Takaful and Dar Al Takaful Medical Portfolios post-acquisition. Key experience and responsibilities included: Strategy setting, defining target segments and positioning of the company’s offerings, driving new funding model contracting, product development, process enhancement and member advocacy improvement.
