Rucchika is a senior management leader with over 17 years’ experience in the regional health insurance domain in the Middle East (UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, and Africa) Her core focus lies in improving health outcomes whilst driving affordability, developing & managing multi-year clinical strategies, and identifying & tapping into value creation opportunities which she has successfully demonstrated at Aetna, Cigna and Daman. Her core strengths include Clinical Program development, execution & implementation; managing large-scale complex & transformation projects; optimizing overall operations and cost structure; and managing Board and C-suite stakeholders.
