Brian has 30+ years of international experience and has served at the executive level of some of the leading healthcare organizations in the U.S.A., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Brian has led digital transformations for decades, served as the CEO of one of the region’s first Digital Health companies and lectures at the university level on “AI in Health” and “Effective Digital Transformation.” He applies what he has learned from years of turnarounds through to developing new projects from scratch. He has supported organizations in two initial public offerings (IPOs) and has a solid understanding of hospital financials from an executive and operational perspective, leveraging financial insights to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
