Alison Cubit

Alison is a seasoned health professional, having worked as a clinician and most recently as a Program Manager. She has delivered significant operational and strategic projects for major global healthcare organizations including John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) KSA, Health Care America (HCA) UK, The Mayo Clinic UK, NHS UK and Queensland Health Australia. She also has extensive clinical experience across Australia, the United Kingdom and globally as a flight nurse. Alison was instrumental in the delivery of an Accountable Care Model at JHAH in aligning the hospital system around the patient and was key in implementing the successful organizational change of this initiative. Alison also successfully delivered the IT setup for Mayo Clinic’s start-up – a new diagnostic clinic in the UK. Alison’s strength lies in her deep understanding of the health system across Australia and the UK from a clinical and project perspective.
