Our Approach

Every client and client need is different, so our Strategic Advisory Services are bespoke to your requirements. We work with you to define the project brief and, most notably, the outcomes you are looking to achieve from the project. Based on this, a detailed work plan and set of deliverables are scoped, costed and agreed.

We are confident in the results we can deliver and as such are prepared to put a proportion of our fees at risk. For early-stage entrepreneurial clients, we will consider equity consideration for services rendered.

We can and do work on a project basis, or some clients prefer to engage in longer-term assignments that lock in dedicated advisor times each week or month that they can tap into.

    • For a number of our clients, we act in an advisory capacity as they develop their strategy. Sometimes this is organizational, sometimes this in relation to a specific business unit or sector or market.  We support our client organizations and entrepreneurs who are building their businesses on how best to focus, align and execute to capture incremental potential growth
  • Route To Market Consulting
    • Emica has extensive experience in driving growth in many markets around the world. For our clients we provide assistance in evaluating current and future routes to market and support in building teams and processes to ensure maximum potential market capture is achieved
  • Investment Raising
    • For entrepreneurs or early stage organizations who are looking to raise funds we provide support & counsel as they look for Angel, Pre-Series A, Bridging Round and beyond financing to accelerate achieving their potential. We are hands on in the fund raising rounds through consulting, guidance and navigation for entrepreneurs at this critical time.  For mature companies we help leaders and their teams build and position businesses cases to win internal funding for projects.

There is no such thing as a typical engagement for our advisory clients. We work with the CEO, board and/or investors to design the best engagement model to ensure success for the project.

We only proceed to work with clients if we are confident that we can achieve the goals set and as such we are prepared to put a proportion of our fees at risk and/or take fees in the form of equity in the organization where appropriate.
