Aaron is a healthcare-focused data and analytics leader with global experience across senior roles at Cigna International, Mercer, and successful early-stage health startups in the U.S. He specializes in leveraging data, advanced analytics, and actuarial science to drive strategy and execute complex initiatives across the healthcare value chain. At Cigna International, Aaron was part of the global analytics leadership team, where he led the design and delivery of the company’s cloud-based data ecosystem and implemented AI use cases across clinical, network, marketing, and operational domains. He also spearheaded global innovation efforts. An actuary by training, Aaron has worked as a consultant and early employee at two successful health services startups.
