Philippe Arnaud

Philippe has over 27 years of experience in CEO/Senior Executive roles for mid-to-large multinationals in healthcare (medical services & assistance) and health insurance, specializing in setting up or scaling-up businesses. Up to 2023, he was the CEO at APRIL Santé Prévoyane, a €800M health insurance company in France, backed up by CVC Partners, which sold APRIL in 2023 to KKR for USD$2.3Bn. Beforehand, he was the Head of Strategy (and M&A) for Cigna International Markets ($6Bn premium) where he notably led an acquisition of a TPA in the Middle-East. Prior to that, Philippe served as the Regional CEO for International SOS, heading a chain of over 400 medical facilities in Eastern-Europe Middle-East & Africa, including the procurement of medical equipment, D&D, and as well the Assistance business. Beforehand, he was the Group Chief Commercial Officer at International SOS (USD$1.5Bn). Prior to that, he spent six years setting up new businesses at International SOS. Philippe started his career at The Boston Consulting Group (4 years), and also as an investment banker in London for two years. Philippe graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris. Our Team
