What Is Coaching?
Executive coaching is a personalised programme of coaching sessions to support leaders with their unique needs. The coach acts as a confidential partner in person development, helping to define clear goals, explore new perspectives and to develop new skills for leadership and management. Executive coaching topics are determined by the manager themselves and can touch on all aspects of work and work/life areas.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Our coaching philosophy is based on the importance of understanding values and in focusing on strengths to ignite motivation and bring energy for change. We believe that the client has the potential to discover their own answers and can find their own unique approach and leadership style. As coaches we help facilitate the insights and discoveries to unlock potential through creating a safe and confidential space, asking powerful questions and introducing a range of tools and exercises as appropriate. These tools are drawn from an eclectic background of coach and psychological training. Each coaching assignment is personally tailored.
Our coaches have all lived and worked in different countries around the world and are familiar with operating in multicultural environments. All have completed certified coach training and have corporate experience.
